Passion for Confectionery Processing

SAHIN is the Turkish Company which studies, designs, manufacture and sells Food Processing Machineries since 1980 and provides technological solutions for Confectionery industry for over three decades. Founder Mehmet Zeki Şahin started his production journey with dairy industry in a small workshop and continued for a decade. With the demands from Confectionery and Snacks industry, production started to evolve a passion. In the meanwhile, the second generation has already been running the SAHIN family business with great success. Our modern production plant is located in Konya city of Türkiye, which is built on 20.000sqm area.

Our dedication to quality and innovation has made us a trusted partner for the Confectionery and Snacks industry. Our other trademarks, Wallbond and Chocofilt, have importance in providing customized and flexible solutions in addition to our main brand Şahin.

Our production programme is mainly focused on the Processing part, which ranges from Complete Confectionery and Chocolate Preparation Kitchen, either Full Automatic or Semi-Automatic to various single equipment. Such as; Weighing, Dissolving, Cooking, Vacuuming, Cooling, Caramelization, Melting, Mixing, Grinding, Filtering and Sieving. Our references are among the most important Confectionery and Snacks Producers in the world. In addition, we have a very unique solution for Sugar industry which is called Sugar beet Analysing System and whole system runs automatically either PLC or SCADA based control.

Our dedication to sustainability has made us proud of Green Transformation in our plant. Clean factory, Clean Products and Being less harmful to ecosystems. 

In addition, We are proud of having an Experiment Centre in our plant where we develop technical and technological Solutions. In this centre, experiments with potential partners are also carried out to test Sahin products or to optimize their process.
